You will enjoy this 1750 house, only one and a half blocks away from the cobblestones of lower Main Street. Very cozy for a small family! The house is well equipped with appliances, washer/dryer, central air, large flat screen TV, outdoor shower with two shower heads out back. Newly installed kitchen counter with farmhouse sink and new floors this past Fall. The house comes with one parking space. All you could hope for with shops, restaurants, grocery stores, coffee shops and NRTA bus station/stops all a very short and lovely walk (1 minute). Note, the three fireplaces look great with candles in them But are not operational for fires. Most of the floors are antique wideboard pine.
