Powder room is also on the first floor. The second floor has three bedrooms with two queen beds and one king, a linen closet and two full baths. The basement has laundry, and two rooms, one as an extra playroom/TV room with sofa and chair, foosball and puzzle tables for rainy days. Luxury amenities include slipcovered sofas, supima cotton sheets, Claire Murray rugs, Pre de Provence soaps, newly finished hardwood floors, and stainless steel appliances. The entire home has been freshly painted with new shutters, blinds and blackout shades in all bedrooms. The house has an outdoor shower for after the beach! When you arrive, please read the book on the kitchen island. It tells you where to rent your bikes, our favorite restaurants and beaches, great places to shop and the must-do historic sites on the island. The house is located in a quiet residential neighborhood and neighbors help keep an eye on the property for us. Our property manager, Jim Hastings, will be available for any repairs. Nantucket requires recycling so please follow the instructions provided in the welcome book. To ensure that all guests have a great experience, absolutely no pets are allowed. All of your needs are at the house. No need to bring your hairdryer, straightener, beach towels or toys. It is all there waiting for you when you arrive.
