Considered Nantucket’s signature event each year, the Nantucket Daffodil Festival is a spectacular and colorful celebration of all things spring held on the last weekend of April. The 2025 fest is, in fact, already set for April 25, 26 and 27. Each year, the Nantucket Garden Club hosts the Daffodil Show at Bartlett’s Farm and American Daffodil Society Judges travel from all over the east coast to judge the entries.
But that’s not all… The weekend is filled with festivities all over the island, including the Daffy Hat Pageant, Children’s Beach bike parade, an antique car parade on Main Street, a tailgate picnic in Siasconset, the Daffy Dog Parade, an art show and Family Events at Children’s Beach.
The event is truly fun for all ages and festival goers often dress up and wear festive hats for the occasion. According to our own William Raveis agents, the Daffodil Festival is a must-see event!

"Daffy (the Daffodil Festival) is hands down my favorite festival. The island is beautiful, covered in daffodils, and emerging after the rainy March month. The island starts to become alive. The antique car parade is an event like no other and seeing over 100 cars line vertically along the cobblestones of Main St. is a colorful and playful happening. And then there is the tailgating in Sconset with elaborately decorated displays of food and themes. The weekend isn't complete without a visit to Bartlett's to see the Flower Show. Never have I seen so many different varieties of daffodils."
