Community Involvement

Ty is active in the community and has run an annual charity event that distributes proceeds to multiple Nantucket charities, most recently Nantucket Cottage Hospital. He’s actively involved in fundraising for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and Multiple Sclerosis Foundation, and takes pride in the importance of spreading the culture of charitable giving to those around him.

With a degree in business management from Northeastern University, he has utilized his own talents and passion to hone his skills for the past 25 years immersing himself into the cultures of his communities. Splitting time between his home bases in both Nantucket and Boston, Ty Costa is a Real Estate Advisor and Restaurant Owner with a passion for connecting others and creating relationships to enhance opportunities. Specializing in gathering a local crowd with similar interests, he is an island and city local who has integrated himself into the very makeup and growth of his community, and husband and new father dedicated to strengthening his family’s ties to its community.
