The house has 6 bedrooms and 3 full baths (2 BR and 1 BA on each of 3 levels). The lower level has 2 bedrooms each with 2 single beds, bath with tub/shower, and a family room with TV, a wet bar, microwave oven, coffee maker & mini refrigerator. The main floor has an open floor plan containing the kitchen/living/dining room. The living room has a stone fireplace and TV. Off the kitchen is a queen bedroom and full bedroom, a bath with shower and the laundry area. The kitchen has a gas range, refrigerator and dishwasher. The second floor has 2 bedrooms each with queen bed, TV and 1 full bath with tub/shower. We had renovations done to the Main House in 2012, including sanding/polyurethane kitchen counters, replaced wall to wall carpet with new hardwood floor in the dining room/living room and purchased a new couch, love seat & chairs in the living room. Also, there is a recent refrigerator (2014) and a new washer and dryer (2015). There is an outdoor lawn area surrounded by a tall privet hedge, parking area and two (2) patios- one in the front yard with a table, chairs, umbrella and gas grill on a brick and Belgian block patio and one in the back of the house with a bench seat, 2 chairs and a coffee table on a crushed stone patio. The house will sleep 12-14 people comfortably. The bike path is across the street and there are 2 shuttle stops within a 3-4 minute walk (the shuttle bus is inexpensive & serves many parts of the island). The house has a tall privet hedge around the entire front that gives good privacy from Surfside Road. There is a very nice playground with a basketball court and ball fields nearby at the elementary school (also on Surfside Road), approximately a 5 or 10 minute walk away. Tenant subject to Community Impact Fee of 3%.
