
This Nantucket vacation rental is a rare beach lover's paradise! Located on Smith's Point steps from the beach, this modern restored cottage is an idyllic peaceful retreat. Enjoy the laid-back living, the beautiful Madaket sunsets from the back porch, and lounging at the beach. Outside, the wrap around deck sits right in the dunes with views of the water. The dining area has seating for six and the living area has comfortable seating, flat-screen television, and a bar area with a wine refrigerator. Beyond the living room is a little reading nook that leads out to the back deck with several seating areas and views of the dunes and ocean beyond. First Floor; Enter into the kitchen with stone counters, an electric range, and high top seating for four. To the right of the kitchen, you will find a full bathroom with a shower and a bedroom with two XL twin sized beds (that can be combined into a King). To the left of the kitchen is an open-concept dining/living room and a full shower bathroom. Second Floor: The second floor is a spacious suite with water views and a King bed. This room uses a separate bathroom on the first floor (the one with the shower off the living room). Outdoor Area: Behind the main house is a recently renovated shed with a separate entrance that is home to the washer and dryer as well as beach chairs. The outdoor shower is located around the back of the house.
