The on-grade level has three additional bedrooms with queen size beds, two baths, one with a spa tub, and a laundry room to clean up after the beach. Bluetooth speakers and a record player with a library of timeless ‘vinyls’ are provided in the Gathering Room and Outside. Outside is a bluestone patio, outdoor seating, a barbeque providing protection from the wind and surf. Beach toys and beach chairs are provided. Bicycles can be rented upon request. There is a large lawn beyond on the east overlooking the ocean conducive to adult and child play. The west lawn is adjacent to a carport, with sheltered parking connected to the circular drive for up to three cars, and entrance to the house.
