Second Floor: Up a few stairs to the spacious living room with nautical theme, cathedral ceiling, fireplace and access to a lovely deck. Dining area with harvest table for six. Pass thru well appointed galley kitchen. Bedroom with Queen bed. Off the hallway, across from the bedroom is a bath with a shower. Spiral staircase leads to third floor open seating area with TV and large comfy chairs. Small viewing deck with panoramic distant water views.
