Living room is comfortably appointed with Rattan furniture and seating for 4 at the dinette. Outdoors, includes an umbrella, table and chairs, Adirondack chairs, BBQ grill on the deck. A simple cold water shower for rinsing off after a swim. A short walk through the Beach Rose to the beach. Tenant subject to Community Impact Fee of 3%.
