Beautiful home is convenient to Town, beaches, and The Westmoor Club. A heated pool and hot tub overlook Land Bank to the south and west for stunning evening sunsets. This property has an amazing outdoor living area complete with a fire pit, six Adirondack chairs, indoor/outdoor Sonos and an outdoor shower. Living room has comfortable seating with a large flat screen TV around a decorative fireplace connects to dining area with seating six. French doors open out to a large wrap around deck with lounge seating. The well-appointed kitchen has granite countertops, island seating for two and a gas range. Just beyond the kitchen is a cozy den with a large flat screen television, a powder room with laundry and the garage with an extra refrigerator. The primary suite is off the living room and has a king bed, an ensuite bathroom with a jacuzzi soaking tub and a glass enclosed steam shower. The second floor has three bedrooms; a king bedroom, a queen bedroom and a bedroom with two twin beds. There is a crib and a changing table in the hallway that leads to the twin bedroom.
