It is located on a secluded site which borders the Lily Pond and has its own off-street parking. Constructed and furnished in 1988, this 1300 sq ft cottage was custom designed by an architect using deluxe materials. The carefully selected furnishings create an atmosphere of charm, warmth and elegance. First floor: The Main entrance opens onto dining area and kitchen with cathedral ceiling. 500 sq ft living room has parquet floors, fireplace, sliding glass doors open onto redwood deck.
