A 3 bedroom cottage can be rented together or separately. 1/4 mile to shuttle access and Polpis bike path. Very well equipped. Exercise equipment, Pool table, Ping pong and dart board for use in the basement area. Great family house!!! Large recreational outdoor space with large grass yard; hammocks and volleyball net and fire pit. First Floor: Entrance to a family room with built-ins, TV, and reading nook. A queen bedroom shares a great bathroom with twin sinks and a fantastic walk in shower with many shower heads. Twin bedroom. Both bedrooms have access to the wrap around farmer's porch for an early morning cup of coffee or late night peace and quiet. The beautiful French doors slide back into the walls opening to the deck, doubling the entertainment space. Deck has large Weber grill and comfortable seating. The screen porch is perfect for shade time. The beautiful staircase leads to the primary king suite, a large sitting area and bathroom with twin sinks, marble counters, a huge soaking tub and walk in shower with rain head. Lower Level: all set up with a full size pool table, ping pong, foosball.
