Four bedroom, 2 bath West of Town/Cliff area home with pool, pool house, and fire pit on a private setting with easy access to beaches, Town and the Madaket bike path. Relax poolside or on one of the decks. First Floor: A small covered porch leads to the front entryway. To the right of the entry is a mudroom/laundry room which also leads to the garage. There are three bedrooms on this level that share a hall bath with a tub/shower. Two bedrooms open onto the lower deck overlooking the pool. Second Floor: The open plan on the second floor offers a large living room with vaulted ceiling, dining area and kitchen with an island and granite countertops. A door to the deck off the kitchen offers a nice spot for morning coffee or summer libations and overlooks the pool and pool house. The primary queen bedroom suite is located off the living room and has an ensuite bath with tile shower and a door to a covered porch with outdoor shower which can also be reached from the living room. Third Floor: Loft area allows a private spot for work or reading. Lower Level: Family room with large TV, popcorn maker, ping pong table and easy access to outside. Cottage: The pool house offers a kitchenette, a half bath, and outdoor shower. The pool house also has a TV so you can watch TV or listen to music from the pool.
