Interior: Enter house across front porch and brick patio into spacious cathedral living room with expansive view of the moors and town; pass through sliding glass doors to expansive new mahogany deck overlooking well landscaped and large back lawn. The view enjoys spectacular sunrises and is bathed by morning sunlight. Living room is tastefully decorated with Audubon and Nantucket prints and is adorned with a handsome fireplace, sofa, love seat, easy chairs (colorful chintz), antique furniture and sisal rugs. There is a bar at south end and custom maple dining tale seating twelve on side near kitchen. A hallway leads to the primary king bedroom (cathedral with adjoining spacious full bath) and a twin bedroom, serviced by a separate full bathroom with tub/shower.
