This beautiful home on quaint shelled lane is brand new to the rental market in Spring 2020. New furniture upgrades (as described) and paint downstairs and staircase/foyer, all prior to the rental season. The home is located in the beautiful Beach Plum Community with a large back yard and two car garage. Beach Plum offers a heated infinity outdoor pool, hard-tru tennis court, playground, gym, Bocce court and community garden area with gazebo. The home has 4 bedrooms and can sleep up to 10. There are two family room areas, a gas fireplace, a large kitchen, central air and ceiling fans in every bedroom. The back patio and yard abuts conservation land and there is plenty of space for outdoor activities. The home is minutes from bike paths that take you right to Surfside Beach and the WAVE shuttle stop - for a quick 2 mile bus ride into town! You enter the home through the mudroom entrance off the side of the house, the front door or walk around the wrap-around porch to the back yard and an opposite side French door entrance. There is a powder room and enclosed washer/dryer just off the mudroom. The first floor also has an en-suite primary queen bedroom. The private bathroom has a large glass enclosed shower, two sinks and two toilets. There is a large granite kitchen with center island that opens into a large eating area. The overheard light in the dining room also transforms into a ceiling fan. The dining room opens to a family room with a gas fireplace and you can exit the home, onto the wrap around porch through the front door (off the family room) or the side French doors (off the dining room). There is also a two car garage to store beach chairs and all your summer activity equipment!
