It is about 300 feet from a beautiful surf beach and about three blocks from the calm Madaket Harbor beach. The living room has a beautiful ocean view and opens onto a second-story deck with the same great view. Outside, on ground level, overlooking Hither Creek, there is a patio with a teak table and chairs and a deck with outdoor chairs. The cottage also features a nice large flat lawn and an outdoor shower. First Floor: Three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Den with sliding glass doors to deck overlooking Hither Creek. second Floor: Open living/dining area with sliding glass doors to deck overlooking oceans views. Full equipped kitchen.
