The Scallop is a beautifully furnished 3-bedroom oceanfront cottage on Smith's Point, at the western tip of Nantucket. The house features stunning ocean views, a beautifully renovated kitchen/living area, extensive outdoor decks and easy beach access on a private path. Smith's Point is prized for its tranquility, easy access to the water and amazing sunsets. The cottage faces the ocean to the west and faces the head of Hither Creek, a saltwater inlet, to the south. It is about 300 feet from a beautiful surf beach and about three blocks from the calm Madaket Harbor beach. The living room has a beautiful ocean view and opens onto a second-story deck with the same great view. Outside, on ground level, overlooking Hither Creek, there is a patio with a teak table and chairs and a deck with outdoor chairs. The cottage also features a nice large flat lawn and an outdoor shower. First Floor: Three bedrooms and two full bathrooms.
