The first floor features the kitchen, living room, two queen bedrooms, and a full bath. Upstairs there are two bedrooms rooms: one with two twins and the other with one twin. Both rooms have TVs. The lower level has a family room, a queen bedroom, and a small bedroom with two twin bunks. There is also a full bathroom. A conveniently located shed on the side of the house is filled with beach gear - chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, coolers, grills and lawn games - corn hole, bocce ball, etc. An outdoor shower is located behind the shed on the corner of the property. This home is a quick walk to downtown Nantucket (1 mile), Children s Beach (1.4), Cisco Brewers (1.2), Bartlett Farm (1.5), Stop & Shop (1), and many great restaurants and nightlife.
