Whether enjoying a beautiful sunset with a glass of wine on the outdoor deck, cooking a gourmet meal in the outdoor kitchen/bar (complete with ice maker, refrigerator and large built-in gas grill) or gathering around the fire pit, The Crew will create great memories for you and your family! The first floor features the kitchen, living room, two queen bedrooms, and a full bath. Upstairs there are two bedrooms rooms: one with two twins and the other with one twin. Both rooms have TVs. The lower level has a family room, a queen bedroom, and a small bedroom with two twin bunks. There is also a full bathroom. A conveniently located shed on the side of the house is filled with beach gear - chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, coolers, grills and lawn games - corn hole, bocce ball, etc. An outdoor shower is located behind the shed on the corner of the property. This home is a quick walk to downtown Nantucket (1 mile), Children s Beach (1.4), Cisco Brewers (1.2), Bartlett Farm (1.5), Stop & Shop (1), and many great restaurants and nightlife. Tenant subject to Community Impact Fee - 3%
