This gem is tucked away just off Hummock Pond Rd, about 2 miles from the beach. Fully renovated and beautifully decorated in 2021/2022 with the addition of a garage, a fabulous and very private patio with a pool and jacuzzi. There is also a fire pit surrounded with Adirondack chairs, loungers, outdoor dining and a comfy patio set. First Floor: Enter into a gracious foyer with a powder room to the left, and a dining room to the right. The dining room has an oval dining table with seating for eight guests and is accented by grasscloth walls. Beyond is the kitchen with a cathedral ceiling, large center island with a prep-sink and seating for four. A breakfast nook, six-burner Bertazzoni range and a door leading to the deck with pool beyond are just some of the many features of this space. The living room offers two seating areas, a flat screen TV and access to the pool. The family room is found beyond, also with a TV, and has a large barn door which can be closed off for movie night or conference calls. At the end of the hallway to the right is the first of five suites; this bedroom has a queen sized bed, door to the outside and a private bathroom with a glass and tile shower.
