Newly installed kitchen counter with farmhouse sink and new floors this past Fall. The house comes with one parking space. All you could hope for with shops, restaurants, grocery stores, coffee shops and NRTA bus station/stops all a very short and lovely walk (1 minute). Note, the three fireplaces look great with candles in them� But are not operational for fires. Most of the floors are antique wideboard pine.
