The dining room is bright and airy--a perfect spot to have breakfast and make plans for a day of sightseeing, sailing, and cycling around the island. The new kitchen has custom cabinets, Corian countertops, stainless steel appliances, and an eat-in breakfast bar. There is a grill on the patio, to further provide you with everything you need to cook and serve the perfect backyard family BBQ. The dining table seats 4 to 6. The living room boasts a new comfortable sofa and a 48" SMART TV. New front-load washer and dryer. The primary bedroom has an en suite bathroom and 32" SMART TV; the second bedroom sleeps three, with a queen bed and a single bunk. The main house sleeps five. The Guest House sleeps two, is completely refurbished and immediately adjacent to the main house. It has a Full Bed, a 40" SMART TV, a private bathroom and a fully stocked kitchen. A small bluestone patio with seating area for two and a small BBQ is located directly behind the guest house. To keep you cool, we've installed forced-air AC units in both the main house and guest house. The entire property is well-appointed with towels, bed linens, kitchen ware, utensils, glasses, dishes, and everything else you would need to feel at home on the island. Our caretaker lives just 2 miles away, so if you need anything he can be there in a matter of minutes. This house is great for families, couples, artists, writers, boaters, beach-lovers, and exhausted city-dwellers looking to relax.
