A fabulous Miacomet beach house with a pool and stunning water views. This beautiful home is located right before the beach road turns to dirt. Miacomet Beach is a short half mile walk down a winding dirt lane. Miacomet Pond is a calm fresh-water swimming spot, fabulous for small children. Great views from almost every room in the house. Fabulous back yard, several large decks and multiple outdoor living areas, including a pool deck with a cafe table and lounge chairs, a southerly facing deck with large farm table, an outdoor swinging bed and a patio with fire pit. House is set up to accommodate two families. Great beach rental house. Recently renovated with all new furnishings, linens and kitchenware. First Floor: The front door enters into a foyer with the living room on the right boasting cozy seating, a fireplace and TV. Continue down the hallway to a study with a desk, leather chair, and French doors opening onto a pool deck with lounge and cafe seating. Also off the hallway is a new bright and airy king bedroom. Continue left to a half bath and a newly refinished kitchen. The kitchen opens into a large dining area with a farm table and plenty of seating. A door in the dining area opens onto a second deck with a large table for Al-fresco dining and a porch swing for afternoon siestas. Off the kitchen/dining area is a mudroom/laundry room. Continue through the kitchen/dining area to a very large family room with 65 inch TV, plenty of comfortable seating, and a Foosball table. There is also a temperature controlled wine refrigerator should you choose to enjoy a few choice bottles on your vacation. Second Floor: To the left is a large king bedroom with a window seat and spectacular water views. A full bath is in the hallway just outside the bedroom. At the top of the stairs to the right is a second bedroom with twin beds and water views. Another full bath is next to this bedroom. Continue down the hallway to the right and you will find two additional bedrooms. The third upstairs bedroom has a queen bed, en-suite bath, and panoramic water views. The fourth upstairs bedroom has a twin-over-full bunk plus a trundle bed and water views. This floor also has new pine flooring throughout. All bathrooms have new tile and fixtures.
