Large yard for kids, quiet cul-de-sac safe for beginner bike riders. 12 minute drive (8 miles) to Nantucket town, grocery stores, restaurants, etc. The house has 2 primary bedroom suites - one on first floor with wheelchair accessibility. The house is owned and designed by a Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation physician who wants Nantucket to be accessible for everyone. The wrap around deck to the house is ramped from the driveway. Previous renters have included a quadriplegic gentleman and his family who attest to the accessibility. Hospital bed and other medical equipment rental are available through the Nantucket hospital and pharmacy. Bring your van/car over on the ferry (Steamship Authority) or use one of the wheelchair van taxis. Upstairs includes 2nd primary with Queen bed, bunk bedroom, and 2nd queen bedroom. All have ocean views.
