"2 1/2 years ago, I moved to South Carolina from Massachusetts. I didn?t have a place to live so after looking online I found Kim Molloy who works for the Prud?homme team. I was very specific about the kind of place I wanted. Kim listen to everything I had to say, and we found my first South Carolina property. She made the whole process very easy. A year and a half later I decided to move from a condo into a house. of course I called Kim who started looking for me immediately and found me what, at that time, was a perfect house for me in Bluffton. Naturally she handled the sale of the condo and got me more for the place than I was expecting.I was traveling for work so had to have an agent I trusted. Fast forward almost a year- I decided I needed to move into a place that was just one floor. Who did I call? AgainI called Kim Molloy. She found the perfect house for me in Sun City. Every step of the way from looking at the property to putting in an offer on the property to closing on the property, Kim was there with her calm demeanor, getting the job done. So when I was going to sell my house, of course, I wanted Kim to have the listing. Despite having a very difficult buyer, Kim kept her cool and got the house closed.
