Formerly from Potomac, MD, and later Ladue, MO, I am a 29 year Hilton Head Island resident and mother of three. I have a deep knowledge of both the island and Bluffton areas. Living in a second home market, I am adaptable to working with clients who live out of the area and may need video tours, Face Time appointments and more. Furthermore, working alongside my son, Davis, who was born and raised on Hilton Head extends my ability to offer a full service experience to my clients.

Bio

Originally from Potomac, MD, Kim has been a longtime Hilton Head Island resident of 29 years. She spent her childhood vacationing in Sea Pines as her grandparents built a home there in the late 1960’s, and knew this would be a wonderful place to call home and raise a family. She and her husband, Craig, moved here from St. Louis in 1995 have raised their three children, Caroline, Davis & Whit, here. Kim has been very involved with the local schools, sports programs and the arts, and sat on various Boards. Kim is passionate about sharing her knowledge and love for the community and helping her clients find their dream property. Service, integrity and trust are the foundations of her business. She believes that everyone deserves the highest level of client service, and is committed to go above and beyond to create a positive experience for all. When she is not working, Kim enjoys spending time with her family, riding her bike, going to the beach and getting out on the water. She is a huge sports fan, avid reader, and a big believer in always striving to grow, learn and keep a positive mindset.
