Originally from Southern California, Wendy grew up about 20 minutes southwest of Los Angeles where she developed her love of the beach and the ocean. Today she enjoys all the things that make life on the cape so special with her family, friends and clientele.

Wendy also spends time as a call taker with the Samaritans of Merrimack Valley and the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline. She plays a critical role in supporting people who are contemplating suicide. And to help the caller feel less isolated and more hopeful about their situation Answering calls from individuals in crisis and providing them with emotional support and resources. These organizations provide confidential, non-judgemental support and information on available resources such as local mental health services, and helps the caller develop a safety plan to reduce their immediate risk of suicide.
