Tom began his Real Estate Career in 1989 as a Sales Associate. He then obtained his Brokers License in 1993 and opened up his own Real Estate office before being acquired in 1998 and becoming an office manager from then until 2018. Tom has managed hundreds of agents in his many different offices and recruited New Talent into his offices throughout the State. "My main goal was to assist my Sales Associates in building and growing their business, and I also have provided Personal Business Coaching to help agents achieve new heights in their business", said Tom.
