It never mattered what the glitch was (like recently washed clothes left unfolded on the bed, light bulbs that needed to be replaced, or flowers that needed to be watered) you were right around the corner to help out. When the seller's inspection took place you were there taking note of any deficiencies. When there was a need to fill and sand ceiling cracks, repaint the ceilings, and refit and repaint baseboards, you brought in Fiona to get the job done promptly and inexpensively.
