Leslie Bakshi became my realtor on a recommendation from a trusted advisor, after my house sat on the market for nine months. Although on Leslie's advice I had to lower my price and expectations, she suggested what turned out to be a fair market price. She developed an internet presentation which is what sold the house at the "new" asking price. She was on site for all inspections and followed up on all the details which made my life much easier. We were in constant email and telephone conversations. Needless to say, I would recommend Leslie and would be glad to speak to anyone who might have questions.
