"Cape Cod Kate" here. I first honed my professional skills as a Project Manager with one of the world’s top brands – Gillette. Now as an experienced Realtor, I aim for a professional yet friendly approach to ensure my clients feel comfortable, educated & supported from the start of the process through closing & beyond. Investing across the Cape myself, has given me a solid understanding of appreciation, cash flow & tax deferred exchanges as well as the distinctive “personality” of each Cape town. I'm proud to say I still hold the record sale for one of the towns on the Lower Cape.
