"Forgive me for not getting this feed back out to you much earlier. I started the process and the demands of relocating to Florida and all the demands that process presented put this important event to far down on our action list. As noted, Joe was recommended to us by close friends who recently had a very successful experience with Joe. He sold their home and he was their agent on placing them in a new condo home. From the get go we were impressed with Joe. He come on board after I had a bad experience with a condo development contract that required that they have six months to sell the property before it could go to an outside broker. Joe's first successful effort was to take us emotionally from a very negative mind set to a very positive "can do". We now were experiencing someone who now was very aggressive, and totally focused on Gerry and Sally. When condo association rules would not allow for sale signage on the property and open house signage, Joe got innovated and place signage across the street from the main entrance to the condo location and then placed balloons on his car in the driveway located on the main access road. It was ultimately this approach that brought the buyer to the property. Note: other agents followed his approach. Joe dedicated many weekends to the open house exposure. He kept us well informed of the activity on his computer of all the other properties around us and recommended action as required, a very critical digital sales tool. We cannot say enough about is real-estate skills and people skills. When I was most disturbed about an event with he sat me down and gave great council that probable saved the deal.
