Hi! My name is Jen and I love working with buyers and sellers in Old Saybrook and around the Connecticut shoreline. If you have a love of the shoreline or are just curious about what the area has to offer, I would be happy to chat with you!
How did I end up here? I am a lifelong Connecticut resident who loves the beach and the relaxed shoreline attitude. Charming towns, beach access, fresh air...these are some of my favorite things. Besides the beautiful scenery, I have found that the shoreline towns have great restaurants, thriving small business communities and unique creative arts and community events that make each town special. Although I have lived throughout the state and found home in each spot that I landed, the magic and pull of the shoreline has rested in my heart. Now I live and work in Old Saybrook and could not be happier!
My career background is in commercial insurance. For over ten years I worked for a large insurance broker assisting commercial clients with complex insurance and risk management needs as well as managing compliance projects. I enjoyed the client service aspect, organization and challenges that those jobs provided. At the same time I was teaching ballet and lyrical dance to students enrolled at local dance studios; gratefully allowing me to share my love of dance, movement and expression with the community. After taking a break from the corporate world to concentrate on my dance and family life, I decided to blend my creative and professional experience by moving into the real estate space. With that Jen Bordonaro, Beach Realtor was born!
What to expect working with me? My client service approach is based on the core belief that everyone deserves to find a home that brings them joy. I work with a limited number of buyers and sellers which allows me to give clients my full attention and the best client service possible. My goal is to exceed your expectations!
How can I help you? I am a data oriented realtor focused on guiding you through the buying and selling process. I will provide you with the information that you need to make the best decision for your future. As a realtor and in my former career I have years of experience solving problems, working under deadlines and developing systems and organizational skills to help me meet the desired goals.
