Personal

Growing up on Cape Cod, I learned the meaning of home early on and that is family and friends are the heart of a home. From real estate investments in cranberry bogs and land on the Cape to his landscaping services, my grandfather was a great inspiration for my love of real estate and landscaping. I also learned the benefits of having a strong work ethic. From my mother, I was inspired to build an eye for the aesthetics and design, leading me to hone my skills with interiors. Since then, I have lived in a number of neighborhoods throughout Boston obtaining an intimate knowledge and feel for each. While primarily based in Boston since university, I have also gathered quite a global perspective and appreciation from job assignments in such places as London and Hong Kong, as well as from my travels for school and for pleasure in Europe, Asia and Australia. Prior to deciding on business school for investments, I contemplated becoming an architect for quite some time, so my move from investments to all aspects of real estate comes full circle and is a natural passion for me. My differentiating proposition is my ability to provide both knowledge and perspective from my own real estate investments, but also perform by providing an eye and desire to help clients envision their new home as well. My personal strengths aid me as I listen to clients carefully, I am very diplomatic and logical, and I can serve as that great sounding board to ensure a new property is not just an emotional decision, but the right decision and a wise investment. My analytical research background, business education, and negotiation skills all add value to the process. Further still, a large added benefit is that I can provide great ideas, vision, and perspective from a design, use, and aesthetic nature, both inside a property and for its exteriors.
