"Ultimately, picking a real estate agent is all about fit. That said, I would recommend Ferming to almost anyone, especially any young, first-time home buyers. Fermin truly is a 24/7 agent. Whenever I had a question, he was always the first to get back to me. He is accessible by any means--text, email, phone--and at any time of day.
