Ms. Aguilar-Becker, who was my real estate agent for the sale of an apartment on Chauncy St., Cambridge, MA, since January this year until its sale on June 15. As such, she was not only diligent and efficient, but always very helpful in explaining procedures, answering questions and ironing out any inconveniences, particularly in dealing with a non-cooperating tenant, who occupied the apartment until May.
Ms. Aguilar-Becker was particularly careful in keeping me posted of every important issue, often solving problems tactfully and efficiently. Without her help it is quite possible that going through this sale would have been quite a heavy burden; yet, she managed to make things smooth and painless. "I am writing this testimonial on behalf of Elis Aguilar-Becker to acknowledge her superior efforts in representing me and my wife in the sale of our condo unit at 22 Crescent Street, in Cambridge.



The process started in February of this year and was quickly tangled in the Covid 19 restrictions as they related to my unit occupied by a tenant. The tenant had a three year old baby which further restricted the access to the unit to show the property and curtailed all discussions associated due the tenant's wish to stay. The tenant utilized the Covid restrictions and non-eviction posture throughout the process which meant a schedule to accomplish the process was not possible.



We very much want to thank her for her dedication and service to us to be able to keep the full offer purchaser on board during the period from March to August and her assistance in determining the likely move date of the tenant. Dates and timing was super critical since the sale and proceeds were part of a IRS 1031 exchange for other property under contract for purchase on its own time line which required the sale of Cambridge on a schedule to be able to execute the 1031 exchange transaction.
