After many happy memories and with recent lifestyle changes we decided to sell our family home. We choose Debra Kandrak to sell our home because she offered decorating advice. She was instrumental in bringing out the best that our home had to offer. Using our furnishings she gave us advice on how to rearrange furniture, declutter, painting tips ( we painted and unfinished basement that was dark & dreary into a bright spot with potential to become more living space). She turned and unused 3 season porch into an "inviting sunroom" filled with plants and relaxing furniture. She even gave us advice on how to give the exterior curb appeal. We landscaped, painted the old shutters, added fresh new house numbers and changed the mailbox. This decorating did the trick! We sold our home quickly and got close to our price. Your suggestions for painting the main level & the basement, refinishing the floors, updating the bathroom fixtures, replacing door knobs and replacing the light fixtures took a very dated looking house and made it modernly attractive. "Debra was very helpful to me throughout the entire process of selling my house in Easton and helping me locate a new house that met my requirements. The process began when I contacted Debra to discuss putting my house on the market for sale. She came to my house and suggested that a number of upgrades would be required to make the house more appealing for potential buyers. She coordinated getting several subcontractors to give me estimates for the proposed upgrades. Once I selected the subcontractors, Debra and I went to a number of places to select items that would make the house much more appealing such as paint, new track lighting, granite counter tops, vanities, toilets, rugs etc. Once all of the work was completed, the house was put on the MLS for sale.
