With years of experience in property management, Chris brings a well-rounded skill set to his work. Born and raised in Missouri by his loving parents and being the youngest of three children, Chris learned the values of family, hard work, and perseverance from an early age. By earning his degree in Business and Industrial Management from State Fair Community College and Lincoln University, helped further equip him with the knowledge and expertise to thrive in the real estate industry. In 2014, Chris obtained his Missouri real estate license before accepting a property management role for a short-term real estate investment company in 2016. It was during this time, he dedicated himself to sharpening his skills in strategic planning, gaining a deeper understanding of marketing concepts, and improving his negotiation abilities. In 2018, while working as a property manager and realtor, Chris obtained his Accredited Residential Management certification (ARM) from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), recognized worldwide for its rigorous standards and commitment to excellence. This certification further solidified his knowledge and proficiency in managing residential properties, enhancing his dedication to providing exceptional service to clients. In 2020, Chris further expanded his expertise by acquiring his Community Association Management license for the State of Florida. This additional qualification has strengthened his ability to manage community associations with precision and professionalism. Chris's dedication to his craft led to his family's relocation to Florida in 2021, where he now serves as a trusted Community Association Manager for a prestigious country club. His role ensures the smooth operation and exceptional service for residents, while also serving as a trusted realtor for the State of Florida. As a dedicated husband to his wife of eight years and a loving father of twin boys and a little girl, Chris takes great pride in his role within the family. He strongly believes in maintaining a healthy lifestyle and spends his time as a devoted gym member. In his leisure time, Chris enjoys engaging in activities such as golfing, basketball, drawing, writing, and exploring his creative side through music and poetry. Additionally, he finds intellectual stimulation through brain games and the strategic challenges of chess. His ultimate goal in life is to be successful in all aspects of life.
