Six years ago Betsy helped me buy this townhouse so there was no question that we would be asking her for help again! This time there was the added bonus that we were buying at another location as well. Just like the previous time Betsy had so much patience and guidance throughout the entire process. Betsy had the added challenge of COVID during this sale and she did a tremendous job adjusting to all of the new regulations that especially impacted having any open houses. She devoted a lot of time to individual showings as well as a few virtual ones all while keeping the safety of both us and all of the potential buyers in mind with all of the safety precautions she took. What I think makes Betsy the best agent out there is that she is very hands-on and comes to every single showing, inspection, final walkthrough, etc in order to let the respective people into the house, which was a comfort to us not having random people knowing the code to get into our home.
