This lot may be small but it's enough room to enjoy the great area called Thompson Lake. One can see the water from the camp and has an access by foot to the water across the little dirt rd to the water's edge. This is not a deeded right of way but an access point that has been used for many decades. You cannot launch a boat via this access because it is only 25' give or take wide.
There are spots on the lake for launching your boat, than one could buoy off shore at the lake. The camp itself has lake drawn water for non drinkable water with a new water pump. There is some sort of septic system there but it's been awhile and we do not have the details on that system but the seller has stated she has not had any issues. Sit out in the evening at your fire pit and listen to the loons, , swim, boat, jet ski, soak up the sun, go fishing or simply enjoy the atmosphere and watch the water's plentiful activity. One addition has been put onto the mobile over the years which gives the camp some additional space. . Master bedroom has plenty of room. The front porch overlooks the lake and a couple of camps as well. Thompson Lake is known for being one of the most wonderful spots in Oxford. The mobile is old and is in need of some attention, especially the kitchen area. There is a miller furnace for heat and the camp comes partially furnished.
