It offers a private pool, plenty of parking and can accommodate up to 6 guests!
This is a well maintained but older Floridian home with furniture, which is all part of its charm.
As you enter the home into the generous living space with comfortable seating and a wide screened Smart TV, you notice the large windows that offer plenty of light into the open floor plan.
To your left are the two guest bedrooms, one with a queen-sized bed, the other with two single-sized beds, both with easy access to the shared bathroom in the hallway.
To your right, you’ll see the oval shaped dining table leading to the fully equipped open kitchen. Amenities includes a dishwasher, oven, fridge (with ice maker), kettle, toaster, coffee machine with filters, a blender, and a keurig.
The private hallway on the right hand side guides you to the master bedroom, which includes a king sized bed and a en-suite bathroom with a shower. You will love the charming decoration.
The sliding door, in the center of the floor plan, leads to the enclosed backyard that offers a refreshing pool, outside seating, a propane BBQ grill and lush greenery.
There is also generous parking space available for two cars in the driveway.
There are several beach chairs, one parasol, two coolers, a beach cart and beach towels, as well as a washer and dryer for your convenient use.
Just a three-minute drive to Siesta Key Village, which offers plenty of dining and shopping opportunities, just a seven-minute drive to the Public beach access to USA’s #1 Beach - Siesta Key, and a ten-minute drive downtown.
Rental bikes are available on Siesta Key, so that you won’t have to drive during your stay on the island.
