Small galley kitchen is well appointed for your vacation needs. Keurig, K-cups, sweeteners provided. Gas grill, bicycles; beach chairs, cart, Beach Passes upon request. There is a piano you are welcome to use, as well as an acoustic guitar with optional amp. A music stand is available as well as lots of piano sheet music. There is a wood burning fireplace not used by guests unless specifically agreed upon at check in, one Duraflame log only. The owner may work in the yard during longer guest stays, and cleaning / linen change is also available during longer stays.
