3. Off-season (May-August, 2024 and Oct 2024) rental price would be $1600 ; seasonal rental (Nov, 2024- March, 2025) would be $2500 every month. Plus additional tourist tax if lease term is less than 6 months.

5. One month rent is required before move-in as the security deposit.
