This is a one-of-a-kind beach house that will make your summer vacation complete. This lovely 3 story home is a wonderful mix of South Hamptons decor and beachside villa getaway, bringing both of those worlds together to create a wonderful atmosphere for your whole family. The bedrooms in the house are very large, 3 rooms have ensuite bedrooms, while the first floor has a bathroom next to the room. In one guest suite you have one king and one queen-size bed within the second suite you have queen sized bed with a lovely trundle. There is another queen-sized suite which opens up to a foyer which also has a trundle bed. There is a queen size bed in the finished basement, which is great for overflow. Additionally, there is a queen-size bed in the bedroom on the first floor. Our kitchen opens to a small eating nook, as well we have 2 tables which can be set up for eating outside right near the kitchen sliding glass door. Everything that you can ask for is there for making great meals and really enjoying your time with family. Bedding, towels and beach towels are also found inside the house. We have really taken the time to make sure that you have what you need. From May 1 to July 22, 2024, the house is available for weekly rental only, for $4, 700/week. The house is available again from September 1, 2024, for monthly or weekly rental.
