25 acre property at the very end of Lyons. Hurricane Ian did a lot of damage to the mobile home so all size info is not correct. Seller states about 1/2 the M-H is habitable at this time but whole unit needs renovating. They didnt have Ins. FEMA promised to repair but never did.
