Through the kitchen and down the hall you will find a full laundry area with storage above and beyond the laundry area is the Master Bedroom which offers a King size bed, 2 nightstands, a dedicated workspace and a dresser with flat screen TV above. The Master offers 2 walk-in closets and access to the covered lanai. A full bathroom across from the master functions as the en suite as well as the pool bath and features a new butcher block vanity sink and a custom shower/tub combo. Step out onto the lanai from either the hallway or the Master Bedroom to find an elevated porch with seating area, dining area, and a 4-burner BBQ grill. The fully fenced backyard is wide open and now features a heated Pebble Tec pool and spa with sun shelf. New landscaping including fresh sod, tropical foliage and a Pitch Apple hedge help make the private backyard feel like a tropical oasis.
