with everything you need. The living area extends out to a balcony,
the perfect vantage point to witness nature's captivating sunset
spectacles. For added convenience, the bathroom, featuring a
shower/tub combo, can be accessed both from the hallway and the
Primary bedroom. Outside there is a shared space for grilling and
ample covered parking. Beyond the comforts of the home, the location
promises tranquillity on an uncrowded stretch of white sandy beach.

attractions like Johns Pass, Treasure Island, St Pete Beach, Downtown
