This is nonrefundable as we use this money to run the background checks. Our information comes back in approximately 48 hours the longest delay as getting your rental history from your current and previous landlords. Please let them know that we will be contacting them. If they are in an apartment, we will send you a form to sign to present to the apartment complex or real estate company. 9. The security deposit will be determined on what comes back from your application. If They ever have a lot of late pays from previous landlord, there could be an increase your security deposit.
