This is a 2 bedroom 2 bath condominium of which you will occupy alone. We are a management company here in Sarasota and can handle any issues that may arise. This beachfront condo is on the south end of Longboat Key, which is a lush gorgeous part of Sarasota with a lot of restaurants and shopping nearby. A car is recommended. There are (1) assigned parking spaces for this condo. This unit can only be booked by the month 1st thru 31st, although 2 week increments may be considered in off season by management (June thru October).
