"Mark was amazing and we appreciated him going to bat for us and setting us up for success and coaching us to make good financial decisions that would benefit us in the long run.

I think something we that could have helped us was some sort of first time homebuyers packet or video at the start to tell us more about the overall process and the main stepping stones (and common hiccups) we will encounter. We sometimes found ourselves wondering if some of the things were were being asked (like if we were a trustee on another house) would compromise the deal. We did some of our own research to understand the overall process but we also trusted Mark and his team to guide us as needed. But overall a smooth experience with just a few stressful bumps which is apparently normal"
