Samantha was recommended by a very close friend of mine when I was looking for a condo to purchase. She was so diligent, the night before our appointment, she found a brand new listing (from that day), contacted that realtor and added it to the list of properties to view.
It turned out to be the perfect place but I had not sold my patio home and it was a "cash only" transaction. She helped me get a "bridge loan" (much cheaper than a mortgage), helped me with the subsequent sale of my property. My buyer was Canadian (much more complicated!!) but was able to answer all their questions. The two transactions went so smoothly that I subsequently used the attorney involved for my own estate planning. Their office was not only very competent (no problems at all!!) and very reasonable, which is a RARE find in FL.
She is not only a very honest person but VERY knowledgeable about what's available and how to accomplish your wishes. Can't recommend her more highly (have had lots of experience with other FL realtors to my regret).
