"We worked with omar on finding us a townhouse in newton. Which seemed almost impossible. Omar was able to use his local contacts and expertise to find us something that was not even fully constructed yet. He was always available for issues that came up with the developer (which were a ton) and he helped us navigate through all of it. He was even willing to get his hands dirty and help on the job site for a minor fix we did that the developer screwed up, which is way above and beyond any agent would do! He was very helpful in negotiating and the legalities. If he didn?t know something (which wasn?t often) he always had a list of people he could reach out to for more info. Omar was great to work with and highly recommend. We referred him to a coworker and he found them a great come as well.
